We have fondly nick named it, "The Bird Dog" Program because of the similarities to working with a pointer bird dog. A well trained pointer has a knack for finding birds and then pointing out their location. Thus the name of our "Bird Dog" Program.
Here's How It Works
Because of the recent turn in the Real Estate Market with enormous numbers of foreclosures, there are thousands of former home owners who are forced to rent, but still desire to own their own home once again. We have a huge list of buyers who are qualified either to buy immediately or in the next 6-24 months. We locate and buy homes for them and owner finance the houses while they are correcting and/or building their credit.
This Is Where You Come In
Right now, we are in a pinch! We need more houses to sell to our buyers. We consistently rely on our "Bird Dogs" to point out houses that are on the market in their neighborhood. These houses are typically FSBO (For Sale By Owner), Rental Property, and occasionally a "Handyman Special."
How You Are Compensated
When you submit the required information , we will take a look at the house and see if it meets our program standards. If we decide to move on it, you will be paid $~250. when we place one of our buyers in their new home (More details are found in your training packet). Some of our "Bird Dogs" who are "stay-at-home Moms, College Students, or Retirees earn a great income working part-time.
